safety policies

aroo is an 18+ only space, and IDs will be checked at the door. while we appreciate younger people wanting to be part of the community, for your safety and ours we ask that you wait until you're older to party with us. thanks for understanding.

absolutely no drugs or alcohol will be permitted inside of the venue. you are welcome to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, but water bottles will be checked at the door and must be transparent and empty (we will have water inside). any bags entering the venue will be subject to search, or you can keep your personal affects in your vehicle or a safe space with our security. individual liability for contents of your vehicle are responsible to the vehicle owner.

no vaping, glitter, confetti, blowing bubbles, or pyrotechnics will be allowed inside the venue

being safe is best, if you have a problem look for one of our staff or security team. we're always here to help!

fursuits (and other forms of cosplay, costumes, etc) are welcome but keep in mind it will get very warm so please stay hydrated and take care of yourself. to minimize your risk of overheating, we recommend only bringing fursuit partials or otherwise making sure your dress vents heat easily. also stay hydrated even if you aren't in a costume, water is good for you and florida is too hot.
